Outdoor Grill Barbecued Pork


* pork
* lemon juice or vinegar
* soy sauce
* chopped onions
* chopped garlic
* barbecue sauce

Barbecue pork is easy to prepare. All you need to do is mix together in a bowl the lemon juice, soy sauce, onions, garlic and pork. Then marinade it overnight in the fridge.

My hubby and I have a division of labor when cooking on the outdoor grill. He starts the fire while I prepare the meat on shish kabob sticks. When the meat is almost fully cooked, I brush the barbecue sauce on both sides and grill a few minutes longer. This recipe will give you some of the best barbecue pork you have ever tasted.
