
2 lb of cubed beef steak
3 cubed potatoes
3 cubed carrots
1/4 lb cubed liver or braunschweiger
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 cups of water
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cooking oil
Procedure:
* Saute garlic, onions, beef and liver. Add two cups of water and simmer until tender.
* Add carrots and potatoes and simmer until soft .
* Add ketchup, tomato paste and black pepper. Add salt to taste.
