Porkchop Adobo


I cooked this sometime ago. Instead of frying it, I decided to cook it in an adobo marinade. Adobo is one of the famous recipes in the Philippines. It is tasty and easy to prepare. Here are the ingredients that you need.

5 porkchops
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 onion
3 cloves of minced garlic
